The Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) basketball felled the visiting Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles (Houston, TX), 50-35 in Friday's league test.

The Panthers (10-15) will now prepare for their test against Texas City (Texas City, TX). The Stingarees go into the 5A Region III District 23 test with a 7-16 record. In their last test, Texas City thwarted Santa Fe (Santa Fe, TX), 57-36, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 9-14 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Marshall for a 5A Region III District 23 test on Tuesday, January 26.
