In Thursday's league match, the host Ligonier Valley Rams basketball team scored a good 67-54 triumph over the Penns Manor Comets.

In their next game, the Rams confront the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) in a Heritage match, on Tuesday, February 8. Ligonier Valley will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 12-3 record after their 63-50 non-league win over Derry (Derry, PA).
