Kentucky High School Football - Logan County overwhelmed by Warren East
October 6, 2006: Russellville, KY 42276 Warren East Raiders (Bowling Green, KY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they observed their football squad crush the host Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY), 55-14 in a league challenge.
The Raiders now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Franklin-Simpson for a 3A District 2 challenge on Friday, October 13. Warren East will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 42-6 league win over Breckinridge County (Harned, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Logan County moves to 1-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 13. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Daviess County lost 46-6 in their recent league challenge against Owensboro (Owensboro, KY)
