Iowa High School Basketball - Linn-Mar overwhelms Western Dubuque
January 20, 2018: Epworth, IA 52045 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Linn-Mar Lions (Marion, IA) and the host Western Dubuque Bobcats (Epworth, IA), witnessed Linn-Mar's basketball squad rout Western Dubuque by a margin of 74-44.
The Lions (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Cedar Falls (Cedar Falls, IA). The Tigers go into the Mississippi Valley outing with a 11-4 record.
The Bobcats now own a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Central Clinton for a WAMAC - East outing on Tuesday, January 23. Western Dubuque will encounter a Sabers squad coming off a 56-38 non-league loss to Davenport West (Davenport, IA). The Sabers record now stands at 3-10.
