Illinois High School Baseball - North defeats Collinsville
April 3, 2009: St. Charles, IL 60175 North North Stars (St. Charles, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Collinsville Kahoks (Collinsville, IL), 10-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, North upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The North Stars travel to Granite City (Granite City, IL) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, April 4. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 5-1.
With the defeat, Collinsville falls to 4-6 on the season. The Kahoks travel to Timberland (Wentzville, MO) to battle the T-Wolves in a non-league test on Saturday, April 4. The T-Wolves come into the test with a record of 2-4. Timberland won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Dominic (O'Fallon, MO)
