The Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) lacrosse triumphed over the host Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), 18-6 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Point Loma upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Pointers travel to Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA) to battle the Ravens in a non-league outing on Friday, March 2. The Ravens go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Canyon Crest Academy won 7-3 in their recent non-league outing against Del Norte (Crescent City, CA)

With the defeat, Helix drops to 0-1 on the season. The Highlanders host Santana (Santee, CA) to battle the Sultans in a Grossmont outing on Friday, March 2. The Sultans go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
