Kentucky High School Basketball - Silver Grove ripped by Ludlow
February 2, 2017: Ludlow, KY 41016 The Ludlow Panthers basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Silver Grove Big Trains to 42 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dixie Heights for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Ludlow will meet a Colonels team coming off a 68-40 non-league win over Holmes (Covington, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 23-3.
The Big Trains (5-19) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Christian Academy (Hopkinsville, KY). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Heritage Christian Academy routed North Hardin Christian (Radcliff, KY), 62-54, in a non-league game.
