The St. Aloysius Flashes football team (Vicksburg, MS), was knocked off 28-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Central Holmes Christian Trojans (Lexington, MS)

The Trojans (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Hill Academy (West Point, MS). The Raiders come into the MAIS AA District 1 challenge with a 4-3 record.

The Flashes now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cathedral for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 5. St. Aloysius will meet a Green Wave team coming off a 36-6 non-league loss to Central Hinds Academy (Raymond, MS). The Green Wave record now stands at 4-2.
