Kentucky High School Basketball - Raceland nips Dayton
December 10, 2016: Raceland, KY 41169 Raceland Rams (Raceland, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Dayton Greendevils (Dayton, KY), 58-54 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Raceland upgrades its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Ashland Blazer (Ashland, KY) to play the Tomcats in a non-league bout on Monday, December 12. The Tomcats come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Ashland Blazer lost 82-64 in their recent non-league bout against North Laurel (London, KY)
Next up, the Greendevils play the Silver Grove Big Trains (Silver Grove, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Dayton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Big Trains come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 72-40 non-league loss to School for Creative Performing Arts (Cincinnati, OH).
