Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Linesville Lions (Linesville, PA) and the visiting Conneaut Valley Indians (Conneautville, PA), saw Linesville's basketball squad overcome Conneaut Valley by a score of 61-44.

With the victory, Linesville improves its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Conneaut Lake (Conneaut Lake, PA) to play the Indians in a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 26. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 8-6.
