New Jersey High School Basketball - Glen Rock trounced by Wayne Valley
February 11, 2006: Wayne, NJ 07470 In Saturday's league game, the host Wayne Valley Indians basketball team scored a big 72-42 win over the Glen Rock Panthers.
The Indians now own a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Orange for a Northern Hills Skyline game on Tuesday, February 21. Wayne Valley will meet a Mountaineers team coming off a 61-55 non-league loss to Madison (Madison, NJ). The Mountaineers record now stands at 7-11.
The Panthers (5-8) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Christian (North Haledon, NJ). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 9-6 record. In their last game, Eastern Christian trounced Hawthorne Christian (Hawthorne, NJ), 54-49, in a non-league game.
