November 13, 2009: North Plainfield, NJ 07060 The Holmdel Hornets football team (Holmdel, NJ), was beaten 26-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host North Plainfield Canucks (North Plainfield, NJ)
The Canucks (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, South Plainfield achieved victory over Memorial (West New York, NJ), 20-17, in a non-league challenge.
The Hornets now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Raritan for a Shore - National challenge on Thursday, November 26.
