September 3, 2010: Cochran, GA 31014 The Bleckley County Royals football team (Cochran, GA), was ripped 35-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Wilcox County Patriots (Rochelle, GA)
The Patriots (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Clinch County (Homerville, GA). The Panthers come into the A Region 2 challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Clinch County trounced Brantley County (Nahunta, GA), 48-27, in a non-league challenge.
The Royals now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast Bulloch for a AA Region 3 bout on Friday, September 10. Bleckley County will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 23-12 non-league win over Long County (Ludowici, GA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-0.
