Georgia High School Football - North Atlanta drops to Stone Mountain
August 30, 2013: Atlanta, GA 30327 In Friday's non-league game, the Stone Mountain Pirates (Stone Mountain, GA) football team knocked off the host North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA), by a score of 26-13.
The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Wolves come into the non-league game with a 0-1 record.
The Warriors now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tucker for a AAAAA Region 6 game on Friday, September 6. North Atlanta will battle a Tigers team coming off a 51-12 non-league win over Cedar Grove (Ellenwood, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
