Carbon Dinos (Price, UT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Richfield Wildcats (Richfield, UT), 41-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Carbon upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Dinos travel to Canyon View (Cedar City, UT) to play the Falcons in a 3A Region 12 bout on Friday, February 5. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-14. Canyon View lost 39-29 in their recent league bout against Juab (Nephi, UT)

Next up, the Wildcats play the North Sanpete Hawks (Mt. Pleasant, UT) in a 3A Region 12 bout, on Thursday, February 4. Richfield will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record.
