March 12, 2013: Lake Elsinore, CA 92532 Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Temescal Canyon Titans (Lake Elsinore, CA) and the visiting Perris Panthers (Perris, CA), saw Temescal Canyon's baseball squad knock off Perris by a count of 11-2.

Temescal Canyon Titans pounded Perris on Tuesday 11-2. Titans Varsity scored five runs in the fourth on an RBI triple by Mithchell Bumann, an RBI single by Josh Cohen, an RBI single by Sean Trimble, a bases loaded walk, and an RBI single by Eddie Ruiz. The Titans Varsity were led by a flawless day at the dish by Cohen, who went 2-2 with a triple, and a walk against Perris' pitching.
Trimble got it done on the bump on the way to a win. He allowed 2 runs over 4 2/3 innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered five hits. Sean Larson pitched lights out for the save. Perris managed just one hit off of Larson, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his 2 1/3 innings of work. The game's last lead went to the Temescal Canyon Titans Varsity thanks to a second inning rally that saw two runs cross the plate on a two-run single by David Kelsey.
