The Scotties (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY). The Hornets come into the 2A District 3 challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Metcalfe County trounced Green County (Greensburg, KY), 7-6, in a league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Green County for a 2A District 3 challenge on Friday, October 21. Monroe County will meet a Dragons team coming off a 7-6 league loss to Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY). The Dragons record now stands at 1-7.
