Carver Tigers (Columbus, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Manchester Blue Devils (Manchester, GA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westover for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 14.

With the loss, Manchester falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Brookstone (Columbus, GA) to face the Cougars in a 4-A challenge on Tuesday, August 14. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 3-1. Brookstone won 8-0 in their recent non-league contest against Troup County (LaGrange, GA)
