Arizona High School Basketball - Westview prevails Willow Canyon

Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ), 55-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Westview upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Kingman (Kingman, AZ) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Kingman won 61-59 in their recent non-league bout against Parker (Parker, AZ)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Centennial Coyotes (Peoria, AZ) in a I Section I bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Willow Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Coyotes go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 56-53 league win over Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ).
