Pennsylvania High School Football - Central Dauphin topples Lower Dauphin
October 30, 2009: Hummelstown, PA 17036 The Central Dauphin Rams (Harrisburg, PA) football defeated the host Lower Dauphin Falcons (Hummelstown, PA), 31-14 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Rams face the Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth bout, on Friday, November 6. Central Dauphin will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 8-1 record after their 35-14 non-league win over Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA).
The Falcons (3-6) will now prepare for their bout against Carlisle (Carlisle, PA). The Thundering Herd enter the Mid-Penn - Keystone bout with a 2-7 record. In their last bout, Carlisle lost by Chambersburg (Chambersburg, PA), 20-18, in a non-league bout.
