The Taconic Braves basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Chicopee Pacers to 54 in the Braves non-league triumph on Friday.

The Braves now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Longmeadow for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Taconic will meet a Spartans team coming off a 63-57 non-league win over Monson (Monson, MA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.

The Pacers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sabis International (Springfield, MA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
