Mississippi High School Softball - Hancock gets by St. Patrick
March 12, 2011: Kiln, MS 39556 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Hancock Hawks (Kiln, MS) and the visiting St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS), witnessed Hancock's softball squad tip St. Patrick by a count of 8-7.
The Hawks now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they host West Harrison for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 22.
With the loss, St. Patrick moves to 0-1 on the season. The Fighting irish host Ocean Springs (Ocean Springs, MS) to face the Greyhounds in a non-league match on Saturday, March 12. The Greyhounds go into the match with a record of 0-1. Ocean Springs lost 5-1 in their recent non-league match against D'Iberville (D'Iberville, MS)
