New Jersey High School Basketball - Linden knocked off by Porter-Gaud
December 30, 2017: Linden, NJ 07036 The Porter-Gaud Cyclones basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Linden Tigers to 40 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cyclones now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ben Lippen for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 3. Porter-Gaud will battle a Falcons team coming off a 71-62 non-league loss to Concord First Assembly Academy (Concord, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-4.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
