The Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN), 71-57 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Greyhounds (20-16) will now prepare for their test against Ashland (Ashland, WI). The Oredockers go into the non-league test with a 8-10 record.

The Bengals now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they travel to Champlin Park for a Northwest Suburban 1 test on Sunday, February 10. Blaine will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 91-61 league win over Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN). The Rebels record now stands at 15-5.
