August 26, 2016: Calhoun, KY 42327 The Ohio County Eagles football team (Hartford, KY), was beaten 52-35 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY)
The Cougars (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Crittenden County (Marion, KY). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Crittenden County was beaten by Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY), 24-19, in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hancock County for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 2. Ohio County will meet a Hornets team coming off a 40-13 non-league loss to Union County (Morganfield, KY). The Hornets record now stands at 1-1.
