In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Tulia Hornets basketball team scored a tight 58-56 triumph over the Seagraves Eagles.

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Slaton Tigers (Slaton, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, November 30. Tulia will attempt to advance on its 10-0 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 4-3 record after their 48-16 non-league win over Brownfield (Brownfield, TX).
