January 14, 2011: Levittown, PA 19057 The Neshaminy Redskins basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Harry S. Truman Tigers to 57 in the Redskins league triumph on Friday.
The Redskins now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Council Rock North for a Suburban One - National contest on Tuesday, January 18. Neshaminy will meet a Indians team coming off a 59-47 non-league win over Glen Mills (Concordville, PA). The Indians record now stands at 11-1.
The Tigers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Abington (Abington, PA). The Galloping Ghosts enter the Suburban One - National contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Abington trounced William Tennent (Warminster, PA), 74-70, in a league contest.
