With the win, Dixie Heights upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Colonels travel to Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY) to encounter the Colonels in a 5A District 5 outing on Saturday, October 23. The Colonels go into the outing with a record of 4-3.
With the loss, Holmes moves to 6-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Scott (Covington, KY) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, October 15. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-5. Scott lost 40-7 in their recent league outing against Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY)
