North Carolina High School Football - Marvin Ridge held off by Charlotte Catholic
November 2, 2012: Waxhaw, NC 28173 Charlotte Catholic Cougars (Charlotte, NC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 15-12 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Charlotte Catholic improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Weddington (Matthews, NC) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, November 9. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 9-2. Weddington won 42-6 in their recent non-league test against Cox Mill (Concord, NC)
With the loss, Marvin Ridge drops to 7-5 on the campaign.
