April 12, 2011: Salem, OR 97305 The North Salem Vikings baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host McKay Scots to 2 in the Vikings league victory on Tuesday.
The Vikings (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Sprague (Salem, OR). The Olympians go into the 6A Central Valley match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Sprague was overwhelmed by West Salem (Salem, OR), 8-4, in a league match.
The Scots (3-9) will now prepare for their match against West Salem (Salem, OR). The Titans go into the 6A Central Valley match with a 6-5 record.

Cole Ferguson & Austin Hamilton hit 2-run HR, Kyle Ludwig drove in 4 runs and Cole pitched 6 innings of 1-run ball to help North Salem defeat McKay. Eric Murray held the Viks in check only allowing 5 runs until the 7th and Michael Tolento homered in the bottom of the 7th for McKay.
