Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ) and the host Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ), witnessed Buena's softball squad tip Desert View by a count of 2-0.

The Colts now sport a 20-6 record. They play next when they travel to Douglas for a non-league match on Thursday, April 19. Buena will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Cienega (Vail, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-6.
