Game Summary
Vincennes Rivet took control of the game early and methodically worked around the Shoals defense. At the 14' Cameron Klein received a pass from Logan Keller on the left wing and dribbled in along the corner line and beat the goalie near post. With a minute to go before half time Cedric Schleiss opened up to Cameron Klein who pass it immediately to a running Colton Mouzin who scored the 2-0. At the start of the second half Shoals had their best chance to score when the ref called a "soft" PK. Their shot found the left goal post. A minute later Cedric Schleiss took the game out of reach for Shoals when, coming from the right wing he split Shoals defense and beat their goalie from up close. With 12" to go Jacob West scored on the bounce when Colton's shot found the post. McCaine finished with 2 saves.
