August 26, 2016: Morgantown, KY 42261 The Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY) football nudged the visiting Edmonson County Wildcats (Brownsville, KY), 35-28 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bears clash with the Russellville Panthers (Russellville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 2. Butler County will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Grayson County was nudged by Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY), 50-8, in a non-league bout.
