Florida High School Football - Wharton tipped by Freedom

In Friday's league game, the Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL) football team got by the host Wharton Wildcats (Tampa, FL), by a score of 10-6.

The Patriots (2-4) will now prepare for their game against King (Tampa, FL). The Lions come into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, King was tipped by Chamberlain (Tampa, FL), 43-0, in a league game.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plant for a 7A District 8 game on Friday, October 5. Wharton will meet a Panthers team coming off a 21-0 league win over Sickles (Tampa, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.
