The Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX) basketball knocked off the host Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), 55-37 in Friday's league test.

The Antlers (15-12) will now prepare for their test against Lockhart (Lockhart, TX). The Lions go into the 4A Region IV District 27 test with a 3-22 record. In their last test, Lockhart went down by Lehman (Kyle, TX), 69-60, in a league test.

The Matadors now own a 12-18 record. They play next when they travel to Boerne-Champion for a 4A Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, February 5. Seguin will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 47-37 league win over Hays (Buda, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 19-13.
