South Dakota High School Basketball - Ipswich fells Miller

February 1, 2018: Miller, SD 57362

Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Miller Rustlers (Miller, SD), 49-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ipswich upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Tigers host Sully Buttes (Onida, SD) to play the Chargers in a B Region 2 bout on Friday, February 9. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 14-2.

Next up, the Rustlers play the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 3. Miller will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Black Panthers go into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 42-35 non-league loss to Chamberlain (Chamberlain, SD).
