November 4, 2011: Stonington, CT 06379 The Griswold Wolverines thwarted the host Stonington Bears football team by a count of 32-20 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Griswold upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Wolverines host St. Bernard-Norwich RVT (Uncasville, CT) to encounter the Saints in a Eastern Connecticut - Small outing on Friday, November 11. The Saints go into the outing with a record of 3-5. St. Bernard-Norwich RVT lost 34-14 in their recent league bout against Killingly (Killingly, CT)
The Bears (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Foran (Milford, CT). The Lions enter the non-league bout with a 1-6 record.
