The Pine Forest Trojans softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Hoggard Vikings to 1 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Pine Forest improves its record to 12-8 on the year. The Trojans travel to Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC) to clash with the Colts in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 20. The Colts come into the game with a record of 22-0. Cape Fear won 8-2 in their recent non-league game against Scotland (Laurinburg, NC)
