Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Fort Mill Yellowjackets (Fort Mill, SC) and the host York Cougars (York, SC), saw Fort Mill's basketball squad hold off York by a count of 49-45.

With the victory, Fort Mill upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Forestview (Gastonia, NC) to play the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Thursday, December 15. The Jaguars come into the battle with a record of 5-1. Forestview won 65-47 in their recent league battle against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC)

The Cougars (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Clover (Clover, SC). The Blue Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Clover edged Huss (Gastonia, NC), 51-38, in a non-league battle.
