March 25, 2011: Burbank, IL 60459 St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Maine East Blue Demons (Park Ridge, IL), 11-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Laurence upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Vikings host Highland Park (Highland Park, IL) to battle the Giants in a non-league test on Saturday, March 26. The Giants come into the test with a record of 3-0. Highland Park won 13-1 in their recent non-league test against Lake View (Chicago, IL)
With the defeat, Maine East falls to 1-1 on the season. The Blue demons host Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to battle the Roadrunners in a non-league test on Saturday, March 26. The Roadrunners come into the test with a record of 3-0. Nazareth Academy won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Reavis (Burbank, IL)
