The Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) football routed the visiting Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX), 55-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Santa Fe Indians (Santa Fe, TX) in a 5A Region III District 23 bout, on Friday, October 9. Ridge Point will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 25-7 league loss to Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX).

The Broncos (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Fort Bend Marshall (Missouri City, TX). The Buffalos enter the 5A Region III District 23 bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Fort Bend Marshall was crushed by Texas City (Texas City, TX), 28-21, in a league bout.
