December 23, 2017: Chula Vista, CA 91913 The Olympian Eagles (Chula Vista, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA), 54-45 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Grossmont notched a victory over Ramona (Ramona, CA), 53-49, in a non-league test.
The Lancers now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Dana Hills for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 26. Carlsbad will encounter a Dolphins squad coming off a 83-81 non-league loss to Marina (Huntington Beach, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 2-1.
