Colorado High School Basketball - George Washington crushes Denver East
February 13, 2016: Denver, CO 80206 George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Denver East Angels (Denver, CO), 57-33 in a league bout.
With the victory, George Washington upgrades its record to 18-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Denver North (Denver, CO) to play the Vikings in a 5A/4A Denver Prep bout on Tuesday, February 16. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 9-12. Denver North won 41-35 in their recent league bout against Far Northeast Warriors (Denver, CO)
Next up, the Angels play the Denver West Cowboys (Denver, CO) in a 5A/4A Denver Prep bout, on Tuesday, February 16. Denver East will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Cowboys come into the bout with a 9-13 record after their 65-53 league loss to Denver South (Denver, CO).
