Santa Anna Mountaineers (Santa Anna, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Whitharral Panthers (Whitharral, TX), 61-14 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Santa Anna improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Mullin (Mullin, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, September 4. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-0. Mullin won 68-45 in their recent non-league test against Blanket (Blanket, TX)

With the loss, Whitharral drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Lazbuddie (Lazbuddie, TX) to battle the Longhorns in a non-league test on Friday, September 4.
