In Saturday's non-league outing, the Sherman Indian Braves (Riverside, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA), by a count of 73-69.

The Braves (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Carnegie Schools-Riverside (Riverside, CA). The Wolverines go into the Arrowhead outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Carnegie Schools-Riverside was tipped by Hamilton (Anza, CA), 44-27, in a league outing.

The Trojans now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Hesperia Christian for a Cross Valley outing on Tuesday, December 13. Silver Valley will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 62-60 non-league win over Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-0.
