In Thursday's non-league outing, the Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA), by a count of 69-60.

The Patriots (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Matadors go into the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Miramonte defeated Serra (San Mateo, CA), 61-59, in a non-league outing.

The Giants now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Serra for a non-league outing on Friday, December 28. Redwood will clash with a Padres squad coming off a 61-59 non-league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Padres record now stands at 6-2.
