With the win, Willows upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Honkers travel to Corning (Corning, CA) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Friday, January 9. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Corning won 70-43 in their recent non-league bout against Gridley (Gridley, CA)

Next up, the Falcons encounter the Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 9. Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 70-43 non-league loss to Corning (Corning, CA).
