The Central Bears basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting River Ridge Knights /Royal to 30 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Admiral Farragut for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 22. Central will meet a Bluejackets team coming off a 62-33 league win over Northside Christian (St. Petersburg, FL). The Bluejackets record now stands at 8-6.

The Knights /Royal (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Wildcats come into the 5A District 7 contest with a 7-10 record.
