Indiana High School Basketball - Kankakee Valley fells Knox

Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Knox Redskins (Knox, IN), 43-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kankakee Valley upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Kougars host Lowell (Lowell, IN) to clash with the Red Devils in a Northwest Crossroads bout on Saturday, January 23. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Lowell won 65-63 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Central (St. John, IN)

Next up, the Redskins clash with the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays (North Judson, IN) in a Hoosier North bout, on Saturday, January 23. Knox will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 61-50 non-league loss to Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN).
