September 9, 2016: Livingston, TN 38570 The Livingston Academy Wildcats football team (Livingston, TN), was beaten 28-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Smith County Owls (Carthage, TN)
The Owls (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against DeKalb County (Smithville, TN). The Tigers come into the 3A Region 4 challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, DeKalb County achieved victory over Cumberland County (Crossville, TN), 43-28, in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stone Memorial for a 4A Region 3 challenge on Friday, September 16. Livingston Academy will meet a Panthers team coming off a 28-14 non-league win over Upperman (Baxter, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 4-0.
